1: Water. Drink a minimum of 2 Liters per day. Water plays a vital role in our body functions. It delivers important nutrients to all the cells, especially muscles … postponing muscle fatigue, regulates our body temperature, protects body, organs, and tissues, helps with digestion, keep us hydrated, and boosts energy.

2: Nutrition. Balanced meals are your best friend. Include lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and good fats. A healthy diet can reduce the risk of some diseases including heart attack, stroke, and some cancers. The right diet can reduce blood pressure and lower cholesterol.”
